Brandy Reardon
chief strategy officer
Brandy Reardon joined Second Round in June 2025. With nearly 25 years of leadership in accounts receivable management, Brandy excels in crafting innovative strategies to boost financial performance. Previously Brandy led a skilled team at Citi, one of the top three consumer banks in the U.S., managing the entire asset sales lifecycle. Brandy also served as Vice President of Portfolio Servicing & Acquisitions at Unifund, a top receivables management company in Cincinnati, Ohio. There, Brandy optimized and expanded the company's capabilities in acquiring and servicing receivables across various channels.
Stan Taylor
senior executive Advisor
Stan brings over 50 years of experience in consumer collections to his role as Senior Executive Advisor. His expertise encompasses all facets of receivables management, including portfolio sales, student loan collections, credit card and unsecured debt, FinTech, and debt acquisition. He began his career with Second Round as a collector in 2008 and served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer for many years. His current focus is strategically driving forward the company’s ongoing growth and development.
Terri Haley
CHieF compliance officer
Terri Haley was appointed Chief Compliance Officer at Second Round in October 2017, bringing three decades of expertise in compliance and the receivables management industry. She possesses a strong background in process development and project management, having previously held Vice President roles specializing in Compliance and Global Contractual Compliance within the sector. Her leadership experience encompasses regulatory and contractual compliance oversight, as well as the direction of customer service and support teams for both media and client relations. At Second Round, Ms. Haley is responsible for managing regulatory matters and spearheading compliance initiatives throughout the recovery process. She holds the Certified Receivables Compliance Professional (CRCP) designation from RMAI.
Brian Garza

Brian Garza joined Second Round, LP as the Controller in 2015. Brian’s professional experience in both public and private companies with a heavy focus on process efficiencies, cost saving initiatives, financial planning, and reporting & analysis. In 2003, Brian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Economics from the University of North Texas. While working full time as a Financial Analyst, Brian earned a second Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting from University of Texas San Antonio in 2009. Brian then moved to Austin, Texas in 2010, working as a Controller with a manufacturing company before joining Second Round, LP.
Darryl Atkinson
general counsel
Darryl brings 25 years of experience as a trial lawyer, trusted strategic advisor, and managing partner to his role as General Counsel. Before joining Second Round, his practice focused on defending and counseling local, regional, and multi-national clients facing nationwide mass tort and product liability litigation. Darryl earned his BBA and JD degrees from Baylor University and is licensed to practice in all Texas state and federal district courts. He is a graduate of the IADC Trial Academy and has been recognized by his peers with an AV preeminent Martindale-Hubble rating since 2008 and a Texas Super Lawyer from 2015 - 2023.
